The 2026 Christmas order-by dates
Christmas Day 2026 falls on a Friday. The dates below work backwards from our published production and delivery windows, taking the slow end of each range so the gift arrives even if everything runs late. They also sit inside the USPS recommended send-by dates for 25 December delivery, which are 17 December for Ground Advantage and First-Class Mail, 18 December for Priority Mail and 9 December for international post.

Black Friday is 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday is 30 November, which means the international deadlines land on the same weekend as the sales. If you are buying for someone outside the US, that weekend is the moment, not a warm-up.
These are recommendations rather than guarantees. Carrier volumes in the second week of December are the highest of the year and one weather day moves everything. If the gift genuinely has to be under the tree, order in November.
How the timing actually breaks down
- 3-5 business days: production. The name is cut, the birthstone or birth flower is set, and the piece is finished and boxed.
- 2-8 business days: US delivery once it ships. Most arrive in 3 to 5.
- 4-12 business days: Canada. 3-14: UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. 7-21: everywhere else.
- Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays, so Thanksgiving week and the Christmas week itself both cost you working days.
Shipping is free on every order with no minimum, personalized pieces included. On some made-to-order jewelry there is an optional paid priority upgrade at checkout if you want it faster; the free option never disappears.
What "personalized" means here
Nothing on this page is pre-made. You give us a name, a date, a birth month or a star sign, and the piece is produced for that order. That has three practical consequences worth knowing before you buy:
- Check the spelling. What you type is what gets cut. Capitals, accents, spaces and apostrophes all carry through exactly as entered.
- Personalized pieces can't be restocked or resold, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. A fault or a mistake on our side is a different matter and we'll fix it.
- Order in November or the first week of December, not the third. A personalized necklace ordered on 18 December will be beautiful, and it will arrive in January.

Picking by recipient
- A partner: the Love Script Necklace with a word only the two of you use. It reads as a pretty pendant to everyone else, which is the point.
- Your mother or grandmother: the Vertical Name Necklace with the children's or grandchildren's names, up to four.
- A best friend: the Zodiac Name Necklace. Her name, her sign, no explanation needed.
- A teenager: the Name Necklace in steel. It's the lowest-priced way in, and steel survives being worn every single day.
- A new mother: the Birthstone Name Necklace with the baby's name and birth month.
- Someone who already has everything: the Birth Flower Name Necklace. It's the least common of the personalized designs, so it's unlikely to be a repeat of a gift she's had before.
Have this ready before you order
- The exact spelling, including capitals. Type it, read it back, then type it again.
- The finish. Steel if she wears silver-toned jewelry, 18K gold finish if she wears gold. If you genuinely don't know, look at her watch or her earrings in a recent photo.
- The birth month or star sign, for the birthstone, birth flower and zodiac designs.
- The box. Standard is a plain gift box; the luxury box is the one you hand over without wrapping.
- The delivery address, especially if you're shipping straight to the recipient.
Looking after it
Personalized pendants have cut-out letters and small set stones, which means more edges for things to catch on. Take it off before showering, swimming, sleeping and the gym. Put it on last, after perfume and hairspray, and take it off first. Store it flat or hanging rather than loose in a dish, so the chain doesn't knot around the letterforms. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Stainless steel won't tarnish; the 18K gold finish is a plating, so keep it away from chlorine and harsh cleaners and it will hold its colour far longer.

Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend, personalized pieces included. The only thing you can pay for is speed: some made-to-order pieces offer an optional priority upgrade at checkout, and the free option is always still there.
Steel or gold finish, which lasts longer?
Polished stainless steel. It doesn't tarnish and it handles daily wear without fuss. The 18K yellow gold finish is a plating over the same base, so it looks warmer and richer but wants a little more care: keep it away from chlorine, perfume and abrasive cleaners.
How many names can go on one necklace?
Up to four on the Vertical Name Necklace. The other designs take one name or one short word.
What if I miss the deadline?
