Every single order ships 100% free, no minimum, no hidden fees, no “spend $50 or pay $12” nonsense. Whether you’re buying one choker or twenty, shipping is on us. Worldwide. Forever.

ORDER PROCESSING

We move fast.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Once your order is packed, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking.

DELIVERY TIMES (USA)

• Standard (Free): 3–7 business days
• Most orders arrive in 3–5 days
• Express Upgrade (optional at checkout): 1–3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship everywhere. Still completely free.

• Canada: 5–12 business days
• UK / Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia / NZ: 8–16 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or brokerage fees charged by your country. These are your responsibility (sorry, we hate them too). Rebellious Gal does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict what they’ll be. If you refuse a package due to unexpected fees, you will not be refunded.

TRACKING

Every order gets a tracking number. You’ll receive it automatically when your package ships. Lost your tracking link? Hit us up — we’ll resend it in seconds.

SHIPPING DELAYS & ISSUES

We ship fast, but sometimes the postal gods have other plans (holidays, weather, carrier meltdowns, customs holding your package hostage, etc.).
If your order is taking longer than expected, reply to your order confirmation or email support@rebelliousgal.com — we’ll sort it out, no attitude.

MULTIPLE ITEMS / SPLIT SHIPMENTS

When you order a bunch of pieces, we sometimes ship from different warehouses to get everything to you faster. You’ll never pay extra. You might get 2–3 packages instead of one — consider it multiple presents.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel for a full refund only if it hasn’t been processed/shipped yet (usually within the first 1–2 hours). Once it’s marked “Shipped” or “Fulfilled,” we can’t stop it — but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.

NON-DELIVERABLE / RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package comes back to us (wrong address, refused, unclaimed), we’ll refund the items minus the original shipping costs we already paid (even though it was free for you). Want it re-shipped? Just place a new order.
