RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
RebelliousGal.com Returns & Refunds – We Got You (Yes, Even When You Change Your Mind)
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW – NO EXCEPTIONS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if it slaps or not. If it’s been longer than 30 days, sorry babe — we can’t take it back. Keep that receipt/order number ready.
WHAT’S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Item must be:
• Unused
• Unworn (no makeup stains, perfume, smoke, or “I wore it once to the club” vibes)
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging (yes, the little plastic bag counts)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (DON’T EVEN TRY)
- Bodystockings, pasties, nipple covers
- Lingerie & panties (hygiene reasons – we love you but no)
- Swimwear (if the hygiene strip has been removed)
- Beauty products, piercings, earrings (again, hygiene)
- Gift cards
- Sale / final sale items (marked as such – you knew the risk)
- Custom items
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED? WE GOT YOU 100%
If your item arrived fucked up, wrong size, wrong color, or straight-up broken — that’s on us.
Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@rebelliousgal.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll send you a free return label + a brand new replacement (or refund if it’s sold out). No cap.
HOW TO RETURN (REGULAR RETURNS – YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND)
1. Email us at support@rebelliousgal.com with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll reply within hours with return approval and the address.
3. Pack it securely, ship it back (you pay return shipping).
4. Once we receive it (in perfect condition), we’ll issue your refund within 48 hours.

Important: Return shipping is on you and non-refundable. If you get a refund, we do not deduct anything extra — what you paid for the items is what you get back.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• You’ll get an email confirming approval/rejection
• Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 1–3 business days
• It can take your bank/card up to 10 days to show it (not our fault, blame them)
STILL NO REFUND?
Check your account again → Contact your bank/card company → Wait a few more days → Still nothing? Email us at support@rebelliousgal.com with your order number. We’ll hunt it down.
EXCHANGES
We don’t do direct exchanges (too chaotic). Just return the item you don’t want and place a new order for what you do want. Faster for everyone.
GIFTS
If it was marked as a gift, you’ll get store credit for the return amount. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund goes back to the buyer (they’ll know you returned it).
