All major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay/Klarna (because we love dangerous decisions). No blood oaths, OnlyFans subscriptions, or “I’ll Venmo you later” nonsense.

Codes are divas: case-sensitive, one per order, and most don’t stack with sale items or other offers. If it’s still throwing a tantrum, email us the code and we’ll sort it.

Email support@rebelliousgal.com with your order number immediately. In-stock orders enter picking within a couple of hours and made-to-order pieces go into production within a business day — before that we can stop it, after that we can’t. Personalized pieces can’t be cancelled once production starts.

Free. Every order, every country we deliver to, no minimum spend — including from our international warehouse. The only thing you can pay for is speed: some made-to-order jewelry offers an optional priority upgrade at checkout, and the free option never goes away.

Depends what you bought, and we’d rather tell you than guess. Processing: in-stock pieces 1–3 business days; made-to-order and personalized jewelry 3–5 business days to make; printed apparel 3–7 business days to print. Then delivery: from our US warehouse that’s 2–8 business days in the US (most land in 3–5), 4–12 Canada, 3–14 UK/Europe/Australia, 7–21 rest of world. From our international warehouse, allow 5–10 business days for delivery — some clothing and jewelry ships that way, and the product page says so before you buy. Free either way.

Almost everywhere. A handful of countries our carriers won’t serve, and if yours isn’t selectable at checkout that’s why — email us and we’ll tell you straight whether we can get it to you.

Always, sent straight to your inbox. You’ll be stalking that package harder than your ex’s new girlfriend.

Once it’s with the carrier we don’t control its speed, but we do chase it. Send your order number and we’ll open a carrier case. If it’s genuinely lost — tracking dead, nothing arrives — we replace or refund in full. That one’s on us.

Those are on you, babe. We ship DAP (delivered at place), so if your country wants import duty, VAT or a brokerage fee, they’ll bill you on arrival. We don’t collect it and we can’t predict it — your national customs site is the only reliable source.

Because we ship from more than one location and your pieces didn’t all come from the same one. You get separate tracking for each, you never pay extra, and nothing is missing — check your inbox for the other tracking link before you panic.

30 days from delivery to request a return. Must be unworn, unwashed, tags on, in its original packaging, no perfume or smoke. Email support@rebelliousgal.com first with your order number — we’ll approve it and send you the right return address, because returns go back to the location your piece came from and there’s no one address that fits every order. Don’t post anything back before you have that; unapproved parcels can’t be traced or refunded.

You do if you changed your mind, and it isn’t refundable — use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. If we got it wrong — faulty, damaged, misprinted, wrong item or size — we cover everything and you’re not out of pocket. We don’t run direct swaps: return the one you don’t want and order the one you do, which is faster and actually reserves your size.

Final sale items are marked “final sale” — no returns, no exceptions, no tears.

We inspect within 3 business days of your return arriving and email you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of that email. Your bank can take another 5–10 days to show it — that part isn’t ours.

Not for a change of heart — your name, date or initial is on it and nobody else can wear it, so it can’t go back on a shelf. That’s why we show you exactly what you typed before you pay. But if it turns up misspelled against what you submitted, misprinted, damaged or faulty, that’s our problem, not yours: photos to support@rebelliousgal.com and we replace or refund it in full. Printed tees in our standard designs are different — those you can return unworn under the normal 30 days.

Every product page has a detailed size chart + measurements. When in doubt, size up — oversized rings and loose chains are hot anyway.

Most pieces are 18k gold/platinum plated stainless steel or hypoallergenic. Sensitive queens: stick to the “Hypoallergenic Collection” listings. Still, patch test if you’re extra spicy.

Our shit is built to last, but nothing’s immortal. Avoid water, sweat, lotion, perfume, and pool parties. Treat it like your favorite bad boyfriend — hot but high maintenance.

Water-resistant, not waterproof. Showering, swimming, or hot-tubbing with it on is a one-way ticket to tarnish town. Take it off before you get wet.

Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing, store in the pouch we send, keep away from chemicals/perfume/hairspray. Don’t sleep, shower, or workout in it unless you want it to age like milk.
